The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) is accepting applications for the Local Rail/Highway Grade Crossing Safety Program – Fiscal Year 2016. The application form (BLR 04100) is available at IDOT website. Applications are due to IDOT by Friday, August 14, 2015.
New this year, projects are not 100% federally funded. The new maximum federal share is 90%, with a 10% local share.
