National TOD Ladders of Opportunity Technical Assistance Initiative was launched by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) to provide support for transit-oriented development (TOD) activities.
FTA partnered with Smart Growth America to provide free technical assistance to communities nationwide.
- Requests for technical assistance applications due: Tuesday, January 19, 2016, by 4:00 pm (5:00 pm EST) via email or online. Request form (PDF) and information.
- Informational webinar on assistance and application: Thursday, December 10, 2015, at Noon (1:00 pm EST). This online event is free, but registration is required.
